The Hon Pat Conroy, Minister for International Development and the Pacific and Minister for Defence Industry toured Hera Naval Base CDRE Higino das Neves, Chief of Navy on the morning of Tuesday, 30 January 2024.

Upon arrival, Minister Conroy received a general salute from base personnel before formally meeting DRE Higino das Neves, Chief of Navy and signing the book, before touring the naval base wharf Australia has committed to rebuild.
