The visit is a key opportunity to advance our shared interests in a strong and united Pacific Islands Forum. Tuvalu is a global leader in climate action. During the visit, Minister Conroy reaffirmed Australia’s commitment to ambitious climate action. He also visited the Tuvalu Coastal Adaptation Project to see the critical work Australia is supporting to protect the lives, livelihoods and culture of Tuvaluans in the face of climate change.
